Friday and saturday evening we only serve a fixed 4 course menu

Starter

  Scallops, roasted celeriac, hazelnut oil, seaweed butter, dill

2nd starter

  Marinated pork belly of Duroc, pumpkin, prune, roasted seeds

Main

  Duck breast, parsley root, lentils, shallot, sweet pickled mustard grains, juniper berry & miso sauce

 OR

  Corvina filet, savoy cabbage, Jerusalem artichoke puree, hedgehog mushrooms, chorizo butter sauce

Choice of dessert

  Dulche de leche icecream, figs, crumble, almond milk foam

  Poached Comice pear, sablé Breton, chestnut mousse, vanilla icecream, lemon zest
